RV Reservations for Cynosport 2021 are first-come, first-served, and paid in full at the time of reservation. One reservation per order.
Earliest Arrival: Tuesday, October 19 at 2:00pm.
A staff member will contact you in early October with your space assignment and final arrival details.
Departure: Sunday following the event or Monday by 10:00am. Select Tuesday - Sunday or Tuesday - Monday when reserving your space.
On the ticketing page, please select the proper space for your RV. There are 5 key categories:
- 30 Amp Slideouts OK + Water
- 30 Amp NO Slideouts + Water
- 50 Amp + Water
- Water only
- RV Dry Camping (No hookups)
USDAA is not liable for errors made in the registration process. If a space is not available in an appropriate category, please select the appropriate WAIT LIST option. A staff member will contact you if a space becomes available.
Pricing:
30amp/50amp hook-ups. Both include water, no sewer:
- $300 Tuesday-Sunday, Water & Electric
- +$60 for additional night
Water hook-up only, no sewer:
- $225 Tuesday - Sunday, Water only.
- +$45 for additional night
Dry camping, no hookups:
- $200 Tuesday-Sunday
- +$40 for additional night
Pumping Services: USDAA has contracted with a company to provide pumping service on an individual basis for a fee payable directly to the company providing the service. Payment envelopes will be available on site.
Eventbrite service fees & TN Sales Tax will be added at checkout. Eventbrite service fees are nonrefundable in the case of cancellation.
